Emily is a practicing architect licensed in the state of Washington. She brings over a decade of design experience, from both the East and West Coasts, working on urban and residential projects for distinguished firms in New York, Boston and Seattle. Emily collaborated on several high-end, custom homes with an award-winning firm in East Hampton, New York, expanding her knowledge of creative building techniques, material exploration and site-specific design.
As a Washington native, Emily is drawn to the outdoors and instills the beauty of nature into all aspects of her work. Through custom detailing and material selection, she composes inviting spaces, warm and rich in texture, that embrace tactility and engagement. She seeks to build a meaningful environment for her clients, meticulously attune to their everyday needs and routines, while remaining true to location and natural elements.
Emily holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Architectural Studies from the University of Washington, and a Master of Architecture degree from the University of Michigan.
Emily proudly serves on the Arts Commission for the City of Gig Harbor.
